Get notified when a candidate wants to opt out of communications

If a candidate decides to opt out of communications, you can be notified by updating your Smart Alerts setting in Alert Management.
- Navigate to Alert Management.
- Toggle on Smart Alerts.
- Enter in the keywords that can be used by a candidate to opt out of communications, such as STOP or Unsubscribe.
- Save the page.
You will then be alerted whenever a candidate uses an opt out term within their conversation.
