Address, Experience, and Education Attributes were added to the system as dynamic attributes, meaning that they will update when new information is provided by the candidate.

The Address and Experience Attributes will store data from the Work Experience and Address History Timelines Form sections, but these attributes will not display in the system

Schema and attributes

The data schema listed below will be dynamic, meaning that attribute values will change as new information is provided by the candidate. For each of the categories below, up to 5 custom dynamic fields can be added as needed.

These defined attributes cannot be individually mapped to questions in the CEM. Rather, these will be mapped in the predefined product of Forms initially. This is due to its dynamic nature.

Custom fields can be mapped to questions in the CEM as needed.

Custom Attributes

While Custom Candidate Attributes can be added as needed, you have the option to use up to 5 custom fields as dynamic attributes for the Address, Education, and Experience categories. These custom fields can be mapped to questions in the CEM.

These 5 fields are already created and live under their corresponding category. To customize and use an attribute,

Click into an available Custom Field # field
Rename it. This will automatically rename the key word for you based on the custom field name. This value is uneditable.
Click Save.
