Create a section group Manage section groups Rename a section group Remove a section group Section group lists

Section groups are the folders where custom sections are stored. Custom sections cannot be created without at least one section group being added to the Custom Sections section of the Offers page.

    Create a section group

To create a section group for custom sections, users with full access to Offers can complete the below steps.

    1. Select All Apps in the top left corner of the header and then Settings in its drop-down menu.
    2. When the Settings page opens, select Offers under the Jobs section.
    3. From the left panel, select the Custom Sections section and then select Create Section Group.
      • Note: For the first section group added, you can select the + Create Section Group button in the middle of the page.
    4. A modal will open. Enter a name for the group.
    5. Select Create.

The new section group will then be added to the custom sections list in the left panel in alphabetical order.

    Manage section groups

Users with full access to Offers can complete the below actions.

    Rename a section group

    1. Click into the section group.
    2. Select its settings icon and then Rename from its drop-down menu.
    3. A modal will then open where you can update the group name.
    4. Select Save to apply the changes made.

    Remove a section group

Section groups can only be deleted when they house custom sections included in offers with a Draft status.

    To remove a section group,

    1. Select the section and then its settings icon.
    2. Select Remove from its drop-down menu.
    3. A modal will then open. Click Confirm to remove the group from the page.

    Section group lists

Each section group list can be opened from the left panel under Custom Sections and includes the following features and functionality:

    • Settings – This icon houses the rename and remove/delete actions for this section group.
    • Search Bar – This field will allow you to search the list for the characters entered.
    • + Create Section – This button will allow you to create a new custom section.
    • Section Name – The name of the custom section.
    • Used For – The number of published offers that use this section, not including when a section is marked as hidden.
    • Last Edited – The last date that this section was edited.
